Processing Time All orders are processed within estimated 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Bulk orders are excluded from the standard processing time stated above. Bulk orders are subject to a separate shipping policy, which will be outlined on your quote.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship within the contiguous United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options may be available at checkout, subject to carrier availability.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery.
Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at info and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim and make it right.
