How do I place a custom order?

Ordering custom promotional products, custom apparel, embroidered apparel, screen-printed shirts, engraved gifts, or personalized business products is easy. Simply click Request a Quote on any product page or visit our Request a Quote page. Tell us about your project, and we'll respond with a personalized quote within 2–3 business days

What information do I need to provide for a custom order?

To provide an accurate quote, please include:

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product. Whether you're ordering custom t-shirts, promotional products, corporate gifts, branded office supplies, or personalized items, we'll confirm the minimum quantity when we prepare your quote.

Can I see a proof before my order is produced?

Yes. Every custom order includes a digital proof for your approval before production begins to ensure your logo, artwork, colors, and personalization are correct.

Why are some products listed at $0.00?

Some of our products are custom/quote-based, meaning pricing depends on quantity, customization, and design complexity. Submit a quote request and we'll provide a detailed price within 2–3 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping & Turnaround

How long does production take?

Production times vary depending on the product, customization, and order quantity.

Custom Orders: Standard production time is typically 7–14 business days after final proof approval. If you have a specific event date or deadline, please include it with your quote request. Rush production may be available depending on the product, order size, and current production schedule.

Ready-to-Ship & Non-Custom Items: Most other items are processed within 2–5 business days.

Please note that production and processing times do not include shipping or carrier transit time.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! Caliste’s Creationz & More LLC ships throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

Please note: Carrier delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are separate from our production and processing times.
