Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Caliste's Creationz & More LLC! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

 

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@calistescreationz.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

 

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Custom and personalized orders — All custom orders are final sale. Due to the nature of made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom or personalized products.
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items not in their original condition

Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
